Inside Fitness has been described by fitness industry "experts" as the best training facility in Australia. We have earned this reputation within the industry, even though we are by no means the "biggest", which doesn't always mean best.

For example, during the 2000 Olympics some nations decided to use this gym in favour of the training facility installed at the Olympic Village, because it was much better.

Every single piece of exercise equipment provided for our members has been selected after the closest of evaluation for its' design and function perfection.

We encourage families to exercise together. Over one-third of our customer base are families who join together on the one membership. We provide an option for up to 3 members from the same family household at special family rates.

The Chevell System offers something very different. Kevin will explain to you personally, what happens when you exercise in the conventional way, and what happens to your body when you follow the Chevell System to re-building health and fitness.
